Program Description

Calling all gamers and builders! In Snapology’s Gamebots program, students will have a blast designing and constructing robotic games while learning key robotics concepts. From robotic hockey players to pinball machines and ring toss challenges, each build is packed with fun and hands-on learning. Students will: ⚙️ Explore Simple Machines Discover pulleys, levers, gears, and more as they build machines that bring their games to life—while learning how these simple machines power everyday technology. 🔩 Master Axles, Gears & Motors Experiment with mechanical components to create moving robots and understand how motion works in real machines. 💻 Develop Programming Skills Use drag-and-drop coding to operate their robotic builds, adding sensors, loops, and sounds to enhance gameplay and problem-solving. 🤝 Strengthen Teamwork & Collaboration Work in small groups and partnerships, practicing respectful communication, group planning, and sharing as they create and play together.
