Holiday Robotics | age 5-12

Program Description

In this festive workshop, students will collaborate to build winter holiday–inspired robotic models, play games with their creations, and modify their designs while learning the basics of robotics. This hands-on experience creates lasting memories and sparks creativity beyond the holiday season! Students will learn: 🤖 Robotics Basics Explore foundational robotics concepts by building, coding, and modifying robots. Students will identify real-world robotic components and understand how engineering and programming come together to create working machines. 🧠 Critical Thinking Skills Tackle challenges that encourage problem-solving and creative modifications to their robots and code, developing essential 21st-century skills like communication, collaboration, and critical thinking. 🤝 Communication & Collaboration Work in teams and partnerships to plan, build, and refine projects. Students will practice respectful communication and teamwork to become confident collaborators.
