Program Description
Does your little learner love animals and asking big questions about the world? Welcome to Snapology’s Junior Scientists: All About Animals! In this engaging, hands-on class, young scientists will explore the animal kingdom using LEGO® and DUPLO® bricks. From discovering the differences between mammals and reptiles to learning which animals live on land or in the sea, students will build creatures, habitats, and ideas while developing a deeper understanding of biology through play. Designed for early learners, this program introduces foundational science concepts in a fun, age-appropriate way. As students explore how animals are alike and different, they’ll also practice important classroom and social skills—making this the perfect blend of learning, creativity, and collaboration. Students will: 🐾 Explore basic biology concepts like vertebrates vs. invertebrates and warm- vs. cold-blooded animals 🌎 Learn how animals adapt to different environments and habitats 🧱 Build animal models using LEGO® DUPLO® bricks to represent unique characteristics 🧠 Develop early classroom skills like listening, following directions, and taking turns 🤝 Practice communication and teamwork through group builds and partner activities Junior Scientists: All About Animals is a playful introduction to science—where curiosity leads the way and young learners build confidence, knowledge, and a love for discovery.
