Program Description

Kinderbots: Engineering Explorers Get ready to build, design, and discover! In this first session of Snapology’s KinderBots program, young creators will dive into the world of engineering through hands-on robotic builds designed just for early learners. Students will use LEGO® bricks, gears, axles, and motors to create moving models that showcase how machines work in everyday life. From spinning windmills and launching catapults to moving helicopters and friendly robotic dogs, each week introduces a new project focused on building fundamentals. This playful, age-appropriate introduction to robotics encourages problem-solving, creativity, and teamwork. Students will: ⚙️ Explore Simple Machines: Learn how levers, pulleys, and wheels help their robots move—just like real machines! 🧱 Build With Gears, Axles & Motors: Experiment with different ways to make creations move, rotate, and respond. 🧠 Practice Design Thinking: Strengthen planning and problem-solving skills as students build, test, and improve their models. 🤝 Team Up to Build: Collaborate with classmates to share ideas, solve challenges, and celebrate every win together.
